AVG Firewall
Installing or Updating Incredible Charts
When you install, your firewall should alert you that Incredible Charts is attempting to connect to the Internet.
- Save the answer as a permanent rule;
- Click the Allow button.
Fixing an Existing Firewall Block
If your firewall prevents Incredible Charts from connecting to the server:
- From the AVG Firewall control panel, click the Configure button
- Select the Applications tab and find Incredible Charts Pro in the scroll window.
- If the Action is shown as

click the symbol in the left column (e.g. 
). - Select Allow from the pop-up menu and then OK.
