Sygate Personal Firewall

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   Installing Incredible Charts

When you install Incredible Charts, you should receive an alert similar to the following:

  • Check the box alongside Remember my answer and do not ask me again for this application
  • Click Yes

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   Amending Your Firewall Settings

If Incredible Charts will only work when your firewall is disabled, you will need to alter your existing firewall permissions: 

  • Open Sygate Personal Firewall by double-clicking the System Tray icon
    (Alternatively, right-click the icon and select Sygate Personal Firewall)
  • Open the Applications List by clicking on the Applications List icon
    Alternatively, open the Tools menu and select Applications
  • Select Incredible Charts Pro and ensure that it is highlighted
  • Right-click on the highlighted row
  • Select Allow from the list
  • Click OK to close the window

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   Incredible Charts Updates

When Incredible Charts updates to a new version, you may receive an alert similar to the following:

  • Check the What's New? page to confirm that there has been an update
  • Click Yes

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   Disabling Sygate Personal Firewall

If you do not receive an alert when installing Incredible Charts, you will have to temporarily disable your firewall to complete the installation:

  • Right-click on the icon in the System Tray
  • Select Allow All from the list
  • Remember to reset to Normal when you have finished testing

 

If you wish to customize your firewall settings, you will need to create permission for outgoing TCP connection to the following addresses:

  • https://66.70.45.174    Port 443
  • http://66.70.45.174      Port 80
  • http://208.70.245.30      Port 80
  • http://195.92.253.137  Port 80
