Troubleshooting Wizard

Please answer the following questions:

Are you able to start Incredible Charts   

charting logic needs to go here   

Have you downloaded the Incredible Charts program   
(from Free Download above)?

Have you tried to download the program?   

Were you able to install Incredible Charts?   

Do you have administrator rights on your computer?    (or don't know)

Do you see this message: 'Timers not initialized'?   

Do you see this message: 'Cannot show dialog "DLG_ LICENCE"'?   

You do not appear to be using Internet Explorer.

Do you have Internet Explorer 6 (or later) installed?

Incredible Charts uses Internet Explorer to communicate with the server.

Please ensure that version 6 or later is installed even if you use another browser (such as Mozilla Firefox)

Download Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6

Does the content of the red box below say: HTTPS TEST SUCCESSFUL?




This test under Opera is unreliable.
If you do not get the HTTPS TEST SUCCESSFUL message then please run the wizard using Internet Explorer

Do you know where to start the Incredible Charts program?   

Do you know your password for Incredible Charts Pro?

Have you tried the 'I forgot my password' link?   

How to retrieve a forgotten password
When you start Incredible Charts the password is on the top right and the 'I forgot my password' link is next to where you enter your password as in this snippet of the screen



Once you have clicked the link, your password will be emailed back to the address as shown on the form.

How to start Incredible Charts
When Incredible Charts installs it places an icon on your desktop that looks like this:


Start Incredible Charts by double-clicking on the icon



Alternatively, click on your Windows start button ,

then select All Programs ,

select Incredible Charts

and click on Incredible Charts Pro:

Do you have a personal firewall?

Are you a Premium Subscriber?

If you recently changed your computer, or certain components, Incredible Charts Pro will need to be reactivated.
