- How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
- Click Amend Your Profile in the newsletter header
- De-select all the boxes
- Click the Update button.

- Click the Update Profile button.
Alternatively, you can Contact Support and ask to change your email address. It is important to include both the old and the new addresses. - How do I customize my newsletters?
How do I choose which newsletters to receive?- Click Amend Your Profile in the newsletter header
- Select the check boxes next to the newsletters you want to receive
- De-select the boxes next to the newsletters you want do not to receive
- Click the Update Profile button.
- I am no longer receiving newsletter emails.If you have a spam filter, please add no_reply@incrediblecharts.com to your whitelist.
- My newsletter emails arrive in plain text rather than HTML. This may be caused by a problem related to AVG version 8. To solve this please follow the steps below:
- Open your AVG User Interface
- Go to Tools >> Advanced Settings >> E-mail Scanner
- Uncheck Certify Mail on the Incoming side.
- No images are displayed in Outlook when I open the newsletter email. Microsoft suggest the following:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Under Download Pictures, click Change Automatic Download Settings.
- Clear the Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail check box.
- No images are displayed in Outlook Express when I open the newsletter email. Microsoft provide the following solution:
- Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Outlook Express.
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.
- Click to clear the Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail check box.
- Click OK.

- Why will my Incredible Charts password not work on the Forum? Please register separately for the Forum.
The software is not developed by us.
- Your username and password do not have to be the same as for the charts.
- Use only lowercase and avoid CAPITALS.
- Only fields marked * are required fields.
- Why has my post been delayed for several hours before being displayed on the forum? New members' posts are queued until approved by a moderator.
- I have made several posts to the forum. Why are they still being queued?Please check that your forum Profile is completed correctly, especially the fields under Additional Information that are hidden from other members.
