Toolbars

There are five toolbars available on the main charts, and one on the stock screener. It is possible to customise the toolbars. This page will give a brief summary of what the icons on each toolbar do.

General Charts Toolbar

The charts general toolbar controls basic options, such as chart view, undo and redo.

Customise Toolbars Use View >> Advanced Options >> Toolbars to select which toolbars are displayed.
To move or re-arrange visible toolbars click

and drag the toolbars. You may need to first select View >> Advanced Options >> Unlock Toolbars.

Find Securities Toolbar

The find securities toolbar enables the user to chart a security, search for a code and select the default exchange.

Chart Type Toolbar

The chart type toolbar controls the type of chart and axis.

Drawing Tools Toolbar

The drawing tools toolbar allows easy access to the tools available from the Draw menu.

Hide Toolbar Hints If you find the mouse-over hints on the toolbar distracting, hide them by selecting View >> Advanced Options >> Hide Toolbar Hints.

Scroll Charts and Watchlists Toolbar

The scroll charts and watchlists toolbar enables the user to chart a security, search for a code and select the default exchange.

The stock screening toolbar provides basic navigation and functions on the stock screener and results page.
