Running a Traceroute
If you cannot connect to our server after running a connection test, please send a traceroute.
- Select Start >> Run
- Type cmd
- Click OK
- Type tracert 67.202.80.1 > c:\trace.txt
- Enter
- Wait (+/- 60 seconds) for the command prompt to reappear
- Open a support request
- Record your IP address:
Your IP address is 18.117.70.58
- Attach trace.txt using the Browse or Choose button (the file is located at c:\trace.txt)
- Submit the form
