Troubleshooting

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   Internet Explorer: Configure your Trusted Sites

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>>Internet Options>>Security
  2. Select Trusted Sites and click the Sites button

  1. Enter *.incrediblecharts.com
  2. Clear the check box: Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone
  3. Click the Add button
  4. Click OK to return to the Security tab

  1. Click the Default Level button (for Trusted Sites) 
  2. Click OK.

If your Trusted sites are set correctly, the icon will display in the bottom right corner of the following pages:

Right-click and select Copy Shortcut to link to this paragraph   IP addresses

You may wish to limit your Trusted Sites to specific IP addresses, although we do not recommend this.

If you wish to customize your Trusted Sites settings, you will need to create permission for connection to the following addresses:

  • https://66.70.45.174
  • http://66.70.45.174
  • http://208.70.245.30
  • http://195.92.253.137
